Two New Homes for My Global Conversations
Last week, two new doors opened.
I’ve joined A-Speakers, one of the world’s leading international bureaus handling European and global bookings, and Aussie Speakers USA, the U.S. platform championing Australian keynote voices across North America.
Both approached me with a shared intention, to take foresight beyond prediction, and to help organisations everywhere prepare for what’s next with more clarity, more humanity, and no clichés.
That’s work I’ve been doing for decades, but the context around it keeps shifting.
Today the stimulus happens to be AI.
Governments are forming taskforces. Boards are under pressure to “do something.” Entire industries are revisiting what they automate, what they delegate, and what they preserve for humans.
But the questions themselves haven’t really changed. They’re still about meaning, belonging, safety, and possibility, the same human needs, just triggered by new forces.
What has changed is the speed and scale of the conversation.
AI now brings every decision closer to the surface, forcing us to examine not just what we can do, but what we should do and who decides.
That’s where foresight belongs: not in the guessing of outcomes, but in the preparing of people.
Through tools like HUMAND™, I help organisations break work down into its simplest form, tasks and actions, then decide which are best done by humans, which by machines, and which by both. It’s not futuristic. It’s practical. It’s human.
These collaborations also make it easier for clients around the world to access my core foresight work, from Choose Forward, which explores how we consciously shape tomorrow across every industry, to The Future of Work (HUMAND™), where humans, machines and AI find their most valuable balance, and Future Strategy and Advisory, built for boards and executive teams shaping 2026 and beyond.
Each sits within the Immediate Futures™ approach, practical foresight that turns insight into action, and helps organisations prepare rather than predict.
A further thirteen industry-specific keynotes, each tailored to distinct sector challenges, can be found on the Speaking page.
So while these two partnerships extend the reach of my work geographically, the mission stays the same, to help people, businesses, and industries make deliberate, confident choices about the futures they want to inhabit.
